Tips for Shiny Hair

Eat plenty of foods with iron or take an iron supplement.
Deep condition your hair weekly.
Weird but true, leave lemon juice in your hair for 20 minutes and then rinse it out. You'll end up having extremely silky hair.
Lots of vitamin E is best.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday and remember to get plenty of exercise and rest.
Massage your head for 5 minutes each night before going to sleep, it not only keeps hair shiny but promotes it's growth.
Mayonnaise in hair makes it more soft and manageable, while beer in hair makes it more shiny.

  1. My friend puts beer in hair and it works but i thought she was crazy for doing it. But i guess its more common than i thought. =]
